Belly Choreo 肚皮舞成品舞蹈
Enter the mysterious belly dance world! This class helps
you tone your body while enjoy the benefit of feminine charm,
confidence, fun and even enhanced fertility.
Percussive movements to punctuate the music or accent a
beat. Fluid movements to interpret the melodic lines and
lyrical sections. Shimmies, shivers and vibrations, these
small, fast, continuous movements of the hips or rib cage,
which create an impression of texture and depth of movement.
Level changes, travelling steps, turns and spins will be
introduced as well. Arm framing and postures are emphasized
and strengthened over each session.
Fun way to get toned and lose calories, it's also a great
way to meet fun loving dance fitness friends at the dance
classes!

Classical Chinese dance is an incredibly demanding, refined,
and expressive dance form. Alongside ballet, it is also
one of the most comprehensive dance systems known to humankind.
D.The training in classical Chinese dance has four components:
① “Form” (dance combinations and basic barre practice)
② “Bearing” (expressing specific inner feelings through
“form”)
③ Dance technique (training in difficult dance movements)
④ Tumbling technique (primarily training in different types
of flips and in foundational skills)
